Lindsey Richardson, L.M.T., CECP

I am originally from the St. Louis area and through my studies have moved around the country.  I have a bachelors and masters degree in health psychology.  Through my studies I focused on stress management as well as health promotion.  It felt natural that I pursue an alternative route to traditional medicine which typically treats symptoms not the problems causing them. I have always had a love of massage and decided that's where the next step of my journey would go.  I completed my massage training at The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in 2013. I currently practice in St. Louis, MO.

This journey led me to focusing on the emotional aspects of life as well.  I became certified in Emotion Code in 2023 and have found that it fits beautifully with massage and helping individuals heal.

I love massage because it is a way to non-verbally speak to each individual and to allow their body to communicate where it is needing help.  Everyone experiences stress and in various ways.  We all hold our day to day activities in our bodies so it is essential to let those areas of strain and tension relax and heal.  Emotion Code assists with this by removing trapped emotions that can cause a variety of issues.  The body is an amazing thing and the power that the mind/body connection has is simply incredible.  By utilizing our own abilities we can create for ourselves a much healthier and balanced life.  I am honored to be in a practice that can accompany people in that journey.
